Last month we had the privilege of attending the Retail Technology Show at Olympia, London. Since its return in 2022, it has fast become a staple event within the retail industry, attracting thousands of retailers and suppliers alike. For the past 2 years we’ve held a popular drinks event after the show but as we were walking around the show in April, we knew that we wanted to get involved in a bigger way.
Therefore, we’re delighted to say that we will have a stand at the Retail Technology Show in 2024. Not just any stand – a 24sqm one at that. Go hard or go home as Martin says! This is the first time Retail247 will be exhibiting at a show, and we want to invite you along for the ride…
Welcome to our Countdown to RTS series, where we will keep you updated on everything that goes into designing our stand and preparing for the show itself.
Here’s what has gone on so far:
- We signed the contract! This felt like a HUGE DEAL and was certainly very exciting!
- We spoke with Matt Bradley (Director of the Retail Technology Show) on our podcast. Stay tuned for the episode where we ask for advice, chat about this year’s show, and what will change in 2024.
- We’ve started having a look at stands. If anyone has any advice on hiring a stand rather than designing one from scratch, please let us know. We’re very conscious that a stand could potentially create a lot of waste, and we want to minimise that as much as possible.
