Our Entry
At Retail247 we value a strong working relationship with all of our clients. A particularly good example of this is the relationship we have with premium fashion brand Reiss. Reiss was one of our first customers, making the relationship over half a decade long. The engagement began with consultancy and now covers projects, infrastructure and key solutions.

We work with Reiss in several ways. Our team have managed new store openings across the globe, reviewed business process and evaluated key systems. We work with multiple business functions and at all levels of the business including directly at Board level. Pre-lockdown, we worked with Reiss to justify, select and deploy their RFID and stock accuracy programme. This implementation resulted in 99% stock accuracy and a consequential 4% uplift in sales.
It’s not just on a consultancy basis that we work with Reiss. Reiss was also our first Origin customer, Origin being our PIM solution. Reiss helped shape our product roadmap, ensuring not only that Origin is the best PIM on the market, but that it meets every business need. Origin is now the owner of all product data and we manage that data out to 25+ commercial channels.
Origin has transformed the way we manage our price change activity. Clear process and visibility allow our multiple channels to be managed efficiently and accurately.

The last 6 months has seen even further engagement with Reiss. Following Next’s investment in the business, Reiss turned to Retail247 for key project resource and leadership to support the migration to the Next Total Platform. Martin Schofield, Founder and CEO of Retail247, is programme managing the initiative and has placed key members of our team into Reiss to ensure the transition is completed smoothly and efficiently.
In 2022, we will be launching our revolutionary stock solution, Quantum, in all Reiss international and concession stores. Reiss’s need for a stock solution coincided with our solution roadmap and therefore their input has been hugely influential. Their contribution has enabled us to develop a solution which retailers will find ground-breaking. There is no doubt that we work in partnership to support each other in many areas of each business.
Each year our relationship with Reiss grows stronger – Retail247 would not be where we are today without the support of Reiss – we even use their office space on a weekly basis for team meetings. It is clear from our numerous projects and ventures that one would not be without the other. We are grateful to name such a prominent British retailer as one of our key clients and friends.
