Core retail data, Product, Stock and Customer, has become fragmented and, as a result, strategic decision making has become compromised. At Retail247, we believe that in order to move forward and to survive in the world of modern Omni-channel retailing, we must first focus on the basics; accuracy and visibility of fundamental retail data.
We are developing massively scalable, cloud based ‘engines’ to support and drive forward the basics of retailing. We are consistently breathing new life into legacy solutions and enabling strategic direction.
Origin is our master product data engine, a PIM, but with added channel data integrations. We manage data mapping and enrichment for Warehouse, Oasis and Reiss; enabling them to trade efficiently with Concession partners such as John Lewis, Debenhams and Zalando.
Quantum is our master stock engine delivering a real time, granular, view of stock and stock affecting transactional activity. Capable of consuming ‘RFID’ level data, Quantum can enable the basics of modern retailing.
Still in development, Limelight will bring the same simplification philosophy to customer data.
Built against our standard cloud engines, we have developed a number of mobile solutions for store and Distribution Centre use.
Built against Quantum, our stock engine, we have developed an app to manage the encoding and printing of RFID tickets. Currently in use in the Reiss DC and all Reiss UK stores, our solution is an integral part of the successful Reiss RFID deployment.

Stock accuracy underpins modern Omni-channel retailing. We have developed a solution that takes the output of regular RFID counting, identifies areas of concern and leads the store through a process to investigate and validate discrepancies. Confirmed discrepancies are then, optionally, validated by a central Stock Management function before being applied to central stock positions. This solution is also in daily use by all Reiss UK stores.
Due for initial deployment in late 2019, our stocktake solution provides traditional barcode stock counting functionality. Results then follow the same pathway as our Discrepancy Management solution, delivering an integrated view of stock integrity.
